We offer you from Monday to Friday in food service a daily menu with an excellent quality/price ratio. In low season, the restaurant is closed on Wednesdays.
On the weekend our kitchen team prepares a special menu with all the essence of the San Ramón Restaurant.
We put at your disposal an elegant and well-stocked wine cellar so that our wines arrive at your table at an optimal temperature. We have a wide range of references and Designations of Origin.
It combines the best selection of meats, fish and seafood, with the best seasonal products: “Barbastro pink tomato”, “black truffle”, “mushrooms”, “garden products”…
We adapt to your needs with different options: room rental, snack service, personalized menus for groups… and everything you may need.
Baptisms, Communions, Confirmations, Weddings, Golden Anniversary, professional meetings or celebrations of friends. The optimal capacity of the restaurant is 90-100 people, but if you want a more intimate celebration we have a reserved area for up to 25 people.

A Perfect Atmosphere For Intimate Celebrations With Charm.
The history of the Restaurant is closely linked to that of the old Hostal San Ramón, one of the most emblematic establishments in Aragon of the last century. In the recent rehabilitation of the building, it is in the dining room where all the ornamental modernism of the old hotel has been preserved, the delicate oil painting that adorned the elegant dining room, with its large balconies, its tall Valencian-made tiles on English designs of plant shapes . It is in this space where most of the past has been recovered with faithful reproductions of the original painting by Paco Zueras. The Bosch and Fajarnes family started the establishment's activity and the last owner who ran it until 2000 was Doña Josefina Bosch. Doña Josefina made a point of pampering her demanding clientele, and before inserting the dishes into her menu, she made sure of their excellence, coming close to tasting them at the tables of the great restaurants of the time. Those were years in which signature cuisine did not exist, but rather framed the rigorous formal canons of each restaurant. Among his great dishes, some stand out such as: Imperial eggs (1921), Roasted lamb saddle (1922), Partridge with Vinaigrette (1922), Roasted pheasant a la San Ramón, Glazed chives or Apple soufflé (1922). The new stage of the San Ramón restaurant has a variety of dishes with local products to prepare the daily menus as well as the special weekend one, along with the exquisite menu, combining the old cuisine of the San Ramón hotel with current trends, all of this washed down with the exceptional Somontano wines.
